Job Type: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Permanent
Shire Healthcare are recruiting for an Educational *Psychologist* to support a network of schools in and around Staffordshire.
*Role snapshot:*
The candidate appointed will take the lead on developing the *inclusive *approach to support children with *special educational*, and *additional needs*. You will undertake bespoke *assessments*, and deliver *interventions *and support programmes.
The successful candidate will have a positive / flexible approach, and acknowledge the importance of *collaboration *with families, colleagues, and the students themselves.
*Contract type* – Permanent
*Hours* – full time (52 week contract preferred (part-time, alternative work patterns/job share will be consider.)
*Salary* - £47,420 (starting salary) with annual increments
*Experience required:*
Psychologists applying will have *HCPC* registration as an Educational Psychologist along with experience working with children and young people presenting with specialist needs, as well as knowledge on relevant legislation and frameworks.
